REAE 5311 First Class: Saturday, June 6th at 1 PM

Dear REAE 5311 Student,

The first REAE 5311 2009 Summer class will be on Saturday, June 6th starting at 1 PM. The course website is located at www.uta.edu/faculty/hansz (click on link to REAE 5311) has been setup with the syllabus posted. Please printout the syllabus and bring it to the first class. Please make sure you immediately put the important class dates into your calendar.

Also, we have a lot of material to cover and read in a 8-week session. If you can start on the class early, please go right ahead. It would be very useful to read the first 3 to 4 chapters for the first class if you have the textbook. Alternatively, you can start on the review packet, "Review Materials for Real Estate Analysis" which can be downloaded from the course homepage for free.

Finally, please check this blog regularly for announcements. See you soon...

Cheers,
Dr. Hansz
